TMC- Exploration licenses
2) Gold exploration license, ad duwayhi makkah region
TMC obtained the exploration license issued by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in Ad Duwayhi located in Al Khurmah governorate in Makkah region. Which authorizes it to carry out the exploration program in the license area. The License area lies in the Makkah Region, central western Saudi Arabia. The license area is located near the existing operating open-pit mine of Maaden.

The licensed area exhibits auspicious indications of gold deposits, as delineated by comprehensive geological surveys and geological settings. Notably, the Maaden Ad Duwayhi mine, situated proximate to the TMC license area, demonstrated substantial productivity in 2022, yielding 174,799.86 ounces, with reserves estimated at over 1.6 million ounces over the mine's operational tenure.
